Starting from the walking and cycling path on the 'sports site Schievelde' you follow 'De Mandel'. Along the way you will discover 10 outdoor fitness equipment with which you can train the entire body (arms, legs, shoulders, trunk and abdominal muscles). The devices are simple and free to use. In a fun and relaxing way you work on the general endurance and your strength and flexibility get a solid boost!
