The Zuiderkempen includes the Flemish Brabant villages of Averbode, Baal, Begijnendijk, Deurne (Br.), Keerbergen, Molenstede, Tremelo and Werchter. This walk starts from the center of Keerbergen and goes through the Broekelei nature reserve and the Dijle valley to the Dijleoever and the Hansbrug. Continue along the Hansbrugweg and the Puttekomheide to Haacht center with the Sint-Remigiuskerk, the recreation area the Heerlyckheit van Roost, the Anti-tankgracht and back along the Piervenshoek and the Vossekot to the Gemeenteplein of Keerbergen with the Sint-Michielskerk.
