In the museum is a reconstruction of the old water-powered organ by Ktesibios of Alexandria. There are also centuries-old Emmental house organs, the Tschanun organ from Radio Lausanne with three manuals, and an organ made of chocolate. Additionally, there are other instruments in the museum, such as several harmoniums.
Besides the exhibition of organs, music is performed, and a demonstration and workshop are given on the construction of organ pipes. Through an open-organ, the mechanism is displayed from the inside.
