Hohenfelde is a municipality in the Steinburg district of Schleswig-Holstein. The municipality includes the districts of Niederreihe, Dauenhof, Glindesmoor, Glindhof, Espe, Halenbrook, Helle, Hörn, Kirchmoor, Oberreihe, Taterbusch, Uhlenflucht, and Wisch.
Hohenfelde is located on a geest outcrop between the Hohenfelder/Breitenburg moor and the Glindes/Bokelsessermoor, near the federal motorway 23, between Itzehoe and Elmshorn. The Kremper Au and the Horstgraben flow through the municipality. A cycling path runs between Hohenfelde and Horst with the Steenbock Bridge, which crosses the Horstgraben. The federal motorway 20 will run through the municipality, forming a motorway junction with the federal motorway 23. The nearest train stations are located in Westerhorn in the district of Dauenhof with the Dauenhof station and in Horst; both stations are part of the Hamburg Transport Association.
