The Signal Regiment 1 was a unit of the Signal Troops of the German Army from 1956 to 2015. It was subordinate to the 1st Panzer Division and belonged to the Army's intervention forces. Since the reorganization from battalion to regiment in 2006, it was the only signal regiment of the Army. Until 1994, the unit was stationed in Hanover, then at the present von-Düring Barracks in Rotenburg.
