Since 1985, the Moisburg Mill Museum has been located in the former official water mill in Moisburg in the district of Harburg and shows permanent and special exhibitions on the regional mill history. The Amtswassermühle is one of the last fully functional mills in the region and regularly grinds grain for bakeries in the area. The Moisburg Mill Museum is a branch of the open-air museum on the Kiekeberg.
