The Döllbach, also called Wassergraben in its upper course and Döllau in its middle course, is an approximately 23.5 km long, southeastern and orographically right tributary of the Fliede in the districts of Bad Kissingen in Bavaria and Fulda in East Hesse.
The Döllbach springs as Wassergraben in the High Rhön. Its source is located within the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in the area of the Wildflecken military training area at the southwestern edge of the Haderwald nature reserve, which was established in 1997 and covers about 17.83 km². It is situated at the Bavarian-Hessian border approximately 4 km east-northeast of the village of Motten, the main town of the same municipality, between the Dalherdakuppe to the north and the Dreifeldskuppe to the southeast at about 710 m above sea level.
