The Glattenzainbach is a 6.5 km long brook in northeastern Baden-Württemberg, which flows into the "Fichtenberger" Rot from the right and south near Fichtenberg in the district of Schwäbisch Hall.
The Glattenzainbach originates at the northern edge of the already dissected Liashochfläche of the Welzheimer Wald in the northwestern tip of the Gschwender municipality. About one hundred meters northwest of its scattered settlement farm Hengstberg, it arises at the beginning of the slope woods down to the lower Stubensandstein elevation stage near Murrhardt-Kirchenkirnberg. It quickly runs down the wooded terrain level and then turns east in the open field before the L 1150, which here reaches almost Kirchenkirnberg at the foot of its rugged forest trails descending from Kaisersbach, initially picking up two short brooks from the right, which, along with their tributaries, originate more or less high at the same edge of the step.
