The Neustädter Moor is a nature reserve and lies northeast of Wagenfeld and south of Freistatt in the Diepholz moor lowlands. In 2018, the former NSG Neustädter Moor II, Neustädter Moor Regeneration Area and Neustädter Moor Meadow Area were merged into it.
The nature reserve with the designation NSG HA 250 is 1479 hectares in size. It is for the most part part of the FFH area of the same name and the EU bird sanctuary "Diepholzer Moorniederung".
