The Grüte is a 29-hectare nature reserve in Oerlinghausen and Leopoldshöhe in North Rhine-Westphalia. The majority of the area, designated with the object identifier LIP-038, is located within the city limits of Oerlinghausen in the Lippe district on the northern slope of the Teutoburg Forest.
It is a morphologically distinct gorge valley with valuable beech forest. The largely natural valley is traversed by the Grütebach stream.
