El Grüte es una zona de conservación de la naturaleza de 29 hectáreas en Oerlinghausen y Leopoldshöhe en Renania del Norte-Westfalia. La mayor parte de la superficie, identificada con el código de objeto LIP-038, se encuentra en el área urbana de Oerlinghausen en el distrito de Lippe, en la ladera norte de la sierra de Teutoburgo.
Se trata de un valle de hendidura morfológicamente destacado con valioso bosque de hayas. A través del valle, que en gran medida se ha mantenido natural, fluye el arroyo Grütebach.
