Il Grüte è un'area naturale protetta di 29 ettari a Oerlinghausen e Leopoldshöhe nel Nordrhein-Westfalen. La maggior parte della superficie, contrassegnata con il codice oggetto LIP-038, si trova nel territorio comunale di Oerlinghausen nel distretto di Lippe, sul versante nord del Monte Teutoburgo.
Si tratta di una valle a forma di incavo morfologicamente ben definita con un prezioso bosco di faggi. Nel fondo della valle, prevalentemente naturale, scorre il fiume Grütebach.
