The estate Scharfloh is a deserted settlement in the district of the municipality of Südeichsfeld in the Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis in Thuringia.
The deserted settlement is located approximately 1.5 kilometers northwest of Wendehausen in the west of the Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis near the state border with Hesse. Other neighboring towns are Katharinenberg on Federal Highway 249 to the northeast, Treffurt to the south, and the Hessian Wanfried to the west. The site is situated on the shell limestone plateau of the Karnberg at an altitude of approximately 415 m. In the immediate vicinity, on its highest elevation Auf der Delle, there is a former observation tower of the border troops of the GDR.
