The Ochsenbruch Nature Reserve is located in the Birkenfeld district in Rhineland-Palatinate and is part of the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park.
The area of about 48 hectares, which was placed under nature protection in 1979, extends northwest of the municipality of Börfink. To the south of the area runs the state road L 165. Within the area rises the 762.7 m high Ruppelstein.
