Wewer Castle is part of a former manor on the outskirts of the Paderborn district of Wewer in North Rhine-Westphalia. The castle complex consists of several buildings of different dates and was called Wewer II in the 19th century to distinguish it from the Wewer I estate with the Old Wewer Castle. In 1838, the two estates were united into one property by Baron Friedrich Carl von und zu Brenken.
