The Dorp Town Hall is the former town hall of the once independent town of Dorp, which today is a district of Solingen. The listed Neo-Renaissance building was constructed from 1884 to 1885. After the town of Dorp was incorporated into the city of Solingen in 1889, the Dorp Town Hall served as the headquarters of the Prussian Landwehr district command from April 1, 1893, to December 1, 1918. Since 1922, it has been an administrative building of the neighboring company Richard Abr. Herder.
