The building recorded as a residential house in the Quedlinburg monument register is located north of the historic Quedlinburg city center.
The three-story, plastered residential building was built in the early 20th century in the Art Nouveau style. On the street side, there is a slightly protruding central projection, whose roof is oriented perpendicular to the otherwise aligned house roof. On the left facade, there is a historic wooden conservatory with colorful glass. The windows of the house have also been preserved in their original state. The frames of the window openings are highlighted by plasterwork. Below the windows, there are plaster mirrors. Until the mid-1970s, a well-known family bakery was located in the basement of the house.
