It is registered in the Quedlinburg register of monuments as a residential building and is located west of the historic old town of Quedlinburg on the west side of Wallstraße in a corner location on Reinsteinstraße, which flows south of the house.
The building was built in 1910/11 by the architect Hermann Wellmann, who was also the builder. The Art Nouveau building has a recessed polygonal tower at its south-east corner, which is covered by a roof hood. The rest of the house roof is structured in many ways. There is a lavishly decorated bay window on the house.
