The back house of the old tin foundry Thier on Pfauengasse has existed in its basic substance since the 17th century. It is a single-story building made of bricks and features a gabled roof. This building is the last outbuilding of a citizen's house that exists in Coesfeld. Today, the house houses a small museum for the local poet Natz Thier, who grew up in the main house on Letter Street.
