Groß Quassow is a district of the municipality of Userin in the district of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
The locality is located three kilometers southeast of Userin. The neighboring localities are Lindenberg to the north, Vorderster Kalkofen to the northeast, Voßwinkeler Schleuße to the east, Voßwinkel to the southeast, Below to the south, Klein Quassow to the southwest, Useriner Mühle to the west, and Userin to the northwest.
