It is located in the southern part of the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt at the junction of Konvent Street and Kaiserstraße and is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Register of Monuments.
The half-timbered house was built in 1668 according to a building inscription. It is covered with a crippled hipped roof. The half-timbered structure of the upper floor is provided with the half-timbered figure of the Half Man as well as foot bands. In addition, both on the sill and on the eaves, there are pyramidal beam heads and ship's throats in the shape typical of the construction period. The lower floor was later renovated in solid construction.
