Hühnermühle is a district of the municipality of Pfofeld in the Middle Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen. The hamlet is situated at an elevation of 413 meters above sea level and has ten inhabitants.
The hamlet named after the mill is located on the northern edge of the Altmühl diversion and about 500 meters west of its confluence into the Kleiner Brombachsee. It has merged architecturally with the neighboring village of Neuherberg to the north. A municipal road leads from Neuherberg to the district road WUG 1 that runs east and to the district road WUG 20 that runs south. To the west lies the nature reserve Brombachmoor. South of Hühnermühle, on the other side of the Altmühl diversion, is the Pfofeld district of Furthmühle, now a sawmill. The nearest town is Gunzenhausen, located about 7 kilometers away.
