Nierswalde is a town in the district of Kleve, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The village has been part of Stadt Goch since 1969. On 30 June 2016, Nierswalde had 1,039 inhabitants.
After the Second World War, Nierswalde was built together with Reichswalde in the Reichswald as a cleared settlement for those expelled from the former territories of the German Reich in the east. Operation Veritable was the scene of heavy fighting in this area. In contrast to the inhabitants around the Reichswald, the new inhabitants were mainly Protestant and therefore an evangelical church was built. Around 1970, a New Apostolic Church was also built. Since 1969, Nierswalde has been part of Goch.
