Höchenschwand: Heilklima-Wanderweg 1

Short and easy Heilklima hiking trail through the nature sports center with refreshments available at the Loipenhaus. At 1.7 kilometers, it takes about 45 minutes to complete the trail.

The healing climate hiking trail network covers around 45 km and is laid out around Höchenschwand and the Höchenschwanderberg.Healing climate hiking trails are designed to provide physical exercise for the heart and circulation. The individual trails have different characteristics in terms of length, gradient, location and altitude. The different levels of difficulty enable an individual and controlled increase in performance. This has positive effects on cardiovascular performance, the musculoskeletal system, especially muscles and joints, and the respiratory system.Höchenschwand lies 1015 m above sea level and is therefore already on the cusp of a high mountain climate.

All healing climate hiking trails start and end at the Haus des Gastes. The paths are marked (signposting: TK)
