Bike Arena Sauerland - To Schmallenberg

Here begins the return journey, initially uphill to Winkhausen. Here we briefly turn into the Sorpe Valley to tackle the climb to Holthausen. After passing through Bad Fredeburg, the first thing to do is to let the "chain to the left" wander. The steep climb takes us to Altenilpe. After Dorlar, a constant up and down awaits the already stressed legs. Interval training of a special kind.
