Bike Arena Sauerland - Lennestadt Zweitausender

This challenging tour covers nearly 2000 meters of elevation over 115 kilometers. Right at the beginning, the longest climb awaits, leading up to Einsiedelei initially gently, later steeper. After a brief visit to the Biggesee, the route winds up and down around Drolshagen passing by the Listersee. Before a long descent to Plettenberg, you'll have to conquer the steep climb to Windhausen. The toughest ascent follows to Sonneborn with over 200 meters of elevation gain. At the end of the descent past Heggen, there is one final push to Dünschede before the route winds up to the last kilometers of the tour.
At the end of the tour, there are several good places to stop for a meal in Lennestadt-Altenhundem to refuel.
