After starting in Olsberg, this tour leads through Gevelinhausen and Ramsbeck into the beautiful Valmetal. It ascends almost imperceptibly to the beautiful half-timbered village of Bödefeld. Here you can definitely take the first short break. The route continues with some undulations until descending to the hairpin bends down to Bad Fredeburg. This is followed by a few flat kilometers before the long climb over Nordenau to Altastenberg demands mountain qualities. For those who wish, a rewarding detour to the Kahlen Asten can still be included here. Otherwise, the tour leads downhill for a long time from Altastenberg to Siedlinghausen. Relax until Wulmeringhausen, as we follow the valley of the Neger. Over 100 meters of altitude must be overcome before the impressive backdrop of the Bruchhauser Steinen opens up.
