Goslar is a northern German city located about 80 kilometers southeast of Hanover. The city has a well-preserved historic center with a large number of houses in typical wooden medieval style. Goslar used to be a completely walled city and the many imposing towers that surround the city still bear witness to this. These will all be visited during the walk, as well as other eye-catchers such as the Kaizerpalts (The German emperors had a large country retreat here), the Cathedral of Goslar, the Market Square, ... and a full range of other beautiful locations.
