The Town Hall, originally built between 1502 and 1504, was the original location of the old town hall.
The building has been remodeled many times losing much of its original façade. The remodeling performed in the 1900s, when the new building was remodeled brought most of the original buildings eloquence.
The building of an office of the City Council of the National District of Santo Domingo and the Bank of the Workers. It also holds many events and exhibitions in its beautiful interior space.
The tower looms over the colonial city like a beacon for those trying to find their way. If you get lost just look for this tower and you can find your way back to the Count.
