Presentation
It all started when our father and founder of the winery today Benito Vázquez planted the emblematic old vines albariño Carballal Finca. These first preparations with those of other winemakers winemakers, were those that showed the quality of Albariños this part of Galicia and pushed then the current constitution of the DO Rias Baixas.
Our wines are bottled under the brand Carballal with the same name of the farm that had once oaks (oaks in Galician) and Sete strains in honor of the seven brothers who are involved in the winery.
In the cellar, contemporary design, surrounded by vineyards, we also received visits where activities can be scheduled on-site wine tourism and know our wines whose personality is that behind each bottle is the result of many hours of sun, rain and Atlantic breezes, the action of the earth ... and the work of people passionate about wine and wine.
