The castle of Santa Pau, in La Garrotxa, is from the feudal era and is located in the beautiful center of the town of Santa Pau, perfectly integrated within its urban area. The town was born almost attached to the walls of the castle. It is a work declared a cultural asset of national interest. Its name gave rise to the legend of the nun Santa Pau.
