The chapel of Santa Oliva is located at the old entrance gate to the town of Olesa de Montserrat along the Camí Ral that came from Vacarisses and Terrassa, at the beginning of the current street of Santa Oliva.
The chapel was built around 1675 and has been renovated on several occasions. This structure is made of brick, and the porch is covered with a wooden beam ceiling with arches that on the southern side is supported by two pilasters, also made of brick. The chapel consists of a small chamber with a large window-balcony that occupies almost the entire facade. The interior, covered with a barrel vault, houses a modern image of Santa Oliva, the patron saint of the town.
