In front of Cordoba's town hall is the impressive Church of San Pablo .
It was built between the 13th and 14th centuries, but was thoroughly reformed in the 18th century. The main facade opens onto calle Capitulares and the main entrance has spiral columns known as Salomonica. The tower has one of the three best preserved bell towers in all of Spain.
Beyond the courtyard can be seen the main door, which in Mannerist style leads to the church itself, which is divided into three naves. The most notable features on the inside are the decorative Mudejar style ceilings , the main altarpiece and the vault or qubba (possibly remnants of an Almohad palace above which the church was built).
