In this restored farmhouse in Grandfontaine, a hamlet of Fournets-Luisans in the Doubs department, there are hardly any signs of modern times to be found except for the cooler in the shop. This museum farmhouse from 1736 aims to depict the rural life of the 19th century in Franche-Comté. The former stables today house a farm shop with artisanal cured meats and charcuterie complemented by other local products: cheese, wines from Haute-Saône and Jura, brandy, liqueurs, dried mushrooms, honey, and so on.
