In the center of the small village of Barcus, in the heart of Soule, in a characterful maison de maître, you'll discover the plush comfort of this charming hotel-restaurant, its refined decor and hushed atmosphere. The Chilo restaurant is renowned for its gastronomy, and Pierre has passed on his passion to his son Arnaud, who has taken his place behind the stove. Our menus evolve with the seasons, and we place particular emphasis on products from our local suppliers. The cuisine is inventive, with a nod to local produce.
