Thérèse and Jean-Benoit Ruckebusch, pig farmers, opened a friendly inn in September 1987 within their farm, labeled "Welcome to the Farm." The establishment owes its name to the windy character of this corner of Flanders. They can accommodate up to 60 people and prepare for them regional specialties such as roast pork with Maroilles sauce and apple tart with Houlle gins.
