Surrounded by fir and larch woods, at an altitude of 600 m, the Lac des Settons is one of the great lakes of the Morvan. With a surface area of 360 hectares, held back by a stone dam, unique in France, an environment rich in forests and rivers, typical villages. Paths and roads run along the lake, which is suitable for sailing and other water sports. Fishing is also practiced there. The beauty of the site and the many activities make this lake a very popular place to stay in summer. Guided tours of the dam are also offered in summer.
