The bouchon offers Limousin specialties such as "Bouligou", a thick pancake with apples and chestnut liqueur, traditional dishes such as calf's head, "Blason Prestige" Limousin meats or a porcini omelette?
And of course the "Potence" to share: pieces of beef spiked on a weight at 300 degrees then flambéed in Cognac, served with potatoes cooked in their own juice.
