Property classified as a Historic Monument located on the edge of the Garonne in a privileged environment (Natura 2000 area and Zone of Ecological Interest Floristic and Faunistic), next to the largest classified vineyards of Graves and Pessac-Léognan. Its origins date back to the 17th century and it has hosted Emperor Napoleon III on several occasions.
The house is inhabited by its owners and decorated with remarkable antique furniture.
The park, which has beautiful views of the Garonne and centuries-old trees, combines a classic garden "à la française" with themed gardens: rose garden, vegetable garden, orchards, gardens of colors, peony, labyrinth, chicken and peacock as well as fountains and ponds.
