Monumento storico classificato, situato sulle rive della Garonna in un ambiente privilegiato (zona Natura 2000 e Zone d'Intérêt Ecologique Floristique et Faunistique), vicino ai migliori crus classés di Graves e Pessac-Léognan. Le sue origini risalgono al XVII secolo e ha ospitato più volte l'imperatore Napoleone III.
La casa è abitata dai proprietari e arredata con notevoli mobili antichi.
Il parco, che vanta una splendida vista sulla Garonna e alberi centenari, combina un classico giardino alla francese con giardini tematici: roseto, orto, frutteto, giardino dei colori, giardino delle peonie, labirinto, pollaio e pavoni, oltre a fontane e stagni.
