Propiedad clasificada como Monumento Histórico situada a orillas del Garona en un entorno privilegiado (Zona Natura 2000 y Zona de Interés Ecológico, Florístico y Faunístico), cerca de los mayores crecimientos clasificados de las Graves de Pessac-Leognan. Sus orígenes se remontan al siglo XVII y ha acogido al emperador Napoleón III en varias ocasiones.
La casa está habitada por sus dueños y decorada con notables muebles antiguos.
El parque, que tiene hermosas vistas del Garona y árboles de varios cientos de años, combina un jardín clásico "a la francesa" con jardines temáticos: rosaleda, huerta, huertos, jardines coloridos, huerto de peonías, laberinto, gallinero y pavos reales, así como fuentes y estanques.
