Een geklasseerd historisch monument gelegen aan de oevers van de Garonne in een bevoorrechte omgeving (Natura 2000 zone en Zone d'Intérêt Ecologique Floristique et Faunistique), naast enkele van de mooiste geklasseerde wijngaarden van Graves en Pessac-Léognan. De oorsprong van het huis gaat terug tot de 17e eeuw en het heeft meerdere malen keizer Napoleon III ontvangen.
Het huis wordt bewoond door de eigenaars en is ingericht met opmerkelijk antiek meubilair.
Het park, met een prachtig uitzicht over de Garonne en bomen van enkele honderden jaren oud, combineert een klassieke Franse tuin met thematuinen: rozentuin, moestuin, boomgaarden, kleurentuinen, pioenrozentuin, doolhof, kippenhok en pauwen, evenals fonteinen en vijvers.
