Designed to accommodate children with fragile health and modest means, this building was constructed in 1913, under the impetus of Madame Wallerstein. This reception area, located by the beach, also opens onto the basin through a sunny gallery furnished with loungers. The architects Charles Duval and Emmanuel Gonse were the ones who built these structures. The dining room is adorned with magnificent frescoes by the painter Henri Marret. It was in 1971 that the Aérium closed its doors, after having welcomed 3000 children.
