North of Béziers, on more than 100 km, the Orb has shaped this picturesque valley. A true jewel of the Haut Languedoc, it winds its way through holm oaks, vineyards and olive groves, and wine-growing plains at the foot of the Caroux. Bordered by the Espinouse mountains, a natural extension of the Caroux, the Jaur valley reveals the remarkable architecture of the villages and towns that tell us a lot about the history of this territory.
