It is oriented towards the constitution and communication of varied collections (books, audio documents, CD-ROMs, periodicals) intended for all audiences of the population to be served: children, teenagers, adults of all ages, disabled, specific or impeded audiences, whatever their professional or social situation (students, active, inactive...). The library thus meets the needs of information, training, relaxation and culture, with collections of literature, comic strips, documentaries on leisure, human and social sciences, citizenship... It contributes to the continuous and initial training of its public, helps them for their general culture, their studies, preparation for competitions etc...
