The Chèvrerie du Hauty offers you farmhouse goat and sheep cheeses made directly on the farm, after milking. The animals go out in the meadow as soon as the weather allows it and are fed mainly with grass and hay which gives the cheese the taste of the local soil. Automatic vending machine on the spot (payment by credit card), with goat and sheep cheeses, yoghurts, eggs and terrines from the Longue Rue's organic eggs.
