Immerse yourself in the history of the medieval city of Saint-Emilion by visiting one of its most picturesque historical monuments: the Cordeliers cloister. Listed as a Historic Monument, this vestige of Romanesque, Gothic and modern architecture is steeped in history.
Then, let's go to the underground galleries and cellars at a depth of 17 metres to learn about the traditional method of making Crémant de Bordeaux des Cordeliers. A practice that has now been sublimated, which has earned Les Cordeliers to offer both a magical place and a unique sparkling wine.
The visit is followed by a presentation and tasting of the vintage range of Les Cordeliers sparkling wines.
