Gite Le Cabernet is located in the Quercy-Blanc region on a hillside with beautiful views over Montcuq and Lauzerte. It is ideally situated within walking distance of the village of Montcuq with its various cafés and restaurants. Montcuq's lively Sunday morning market is renowned and attracts many people from all over the region in search of local products such as wines, cheeses and other specialties.
Domaine Lapèze was built in 1803 using the white Quercy stone typical of the region. Once a wine farm, today the caves and old vineyards are part of the heritage.
