Description

Asian caterer in the heart of the city. Monina, of Filipino origin, offers many dishes: vegetable egg rolls, pork and chicken stuffing, spring rolls, Bo Bun, Cantonese rice, Indonesian rice, Chinese noodles and coriander soy noodles
But also its flagship dishes: lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, Adobo (marinated chicken breasts with soy and ginger), corn fritters and many other Asian dishes. You can also find sweets such as coconut grated manioc cake and Kamoté (sweet purple potato cooked in coconut milk).
Monina works with mainly local suppliers, namely organic vegetables (Biobasic), a butcher's shop on rue du port and a fishmonger's on avenue des Allées. All the vegetables are cut with a knife and not by machine. Everything is homemade and Monina likes to pass on her passion.
