Located at the source of the Grosne river, in the south of France. Grosnescargot is ideally situated for the well-being and development of snails.
Raised with respect for tradition and the cycle of nature, they will receive every attention at every stage of their growth.
At the beginning of May, the little residents are released into an open-air park where they will find shelter and food. There they will be pampered and coddled for several months, until they reach maturity before the first frosts of winter and the hibernation period.
Part of the stock will then be reserved: the snails selected will be used for reproduction in the coming season. The others will be served on your tables, prepared according to the recipe of your choice.
Born, bred and cooked on the farm, the Grosne snail is a 100% natural snail:
- Farming without weedkillers, fertilisers or chemicals.
- recipes without colourings, stabilisers or preservatives.
